During short blackouts, the SMART1500LCDTXC switches to battery power to keep connected equipment running. This allows you enough time to save data and complete a safe shutdown in case of a longer outage. Once AC power is restored, the SMART1500LCDTXC restarts automatically, regardless of battery charge level, saving you a costly site visit.
Five 5-15R outlets provide battery backup and surge protection for your computer, monitor, security camera and other crucial equipment. The other five 5-15R outlets provide surge suppression only for desk lamps, speakers and other equipment regarded as non-essential during a blackout. Eaton's remote monitoring application enables individual control of two switchable load banks, allowing them to be powered on, off, or cycled remotely.
AVR protects your equipment from incremental hardware damage, data loss and performance problems caused by brownouts and overvoltages. The SMART1500LCDTXC can correct brownouts as low as 92V and overvoltages as high as 150V back to nominal 120V power continuously, all while keeping the battery fully charged and ready to take over in case of power failure.
