Customer Ratings & Reviews

Bought the EcoFlow a few months back. My power went out during a recent storm. I was able to plug up a small fan and lamp. I love!

Bought this as back up. Very easy to ise and convenient. Portable and very light for travelling.

Works as it should good price deilivery was messed yp had to get another one but not best buy fault

Good emergency source when electricity goes off unexpectedly. Recharging was fast but does drain when stored. Need to recharge periodically.

So thrilled that I bought this just in the nick of time before Hurricane Milton. And it was delivered before any of my Amazon orders arrived! I am so happy on how this performs and the app is super easy to use! I am impressed with the whole Ecoflow line that I will be adding more in the near future. 5 Stars!!

I'm not sure if the product was good or bad but receiving this from Best Buy was one of my most horrible experiences. The package arrived with mud inside of the box and Best Buy did not want to take it back even though they delivered it that way. If you are the manufacturer and you're reading this I would review how Best Buy merchandises and sells your product.

Easy to set up, especially the app. Highly recommended this. Do yourself a favor and buy this

This has come in handy when I don’t have an outlet nearby. Mainly purchased it for when we lose power. Great purchase.
