These speakers have really detailed highs and high mids but lack some punch in the low end/low mid depending on your source. talk shows and youtube videos can sound thin and tinny, but if you turn the volume up on music the clarity is really nice. If you're looking for a fuller sound, you can use something like window's bass boost, i like the +3db at 300hz setting (boosting the lowest frequency tends to wash out the highs). I know there are alternative options but this is an easy way to adjust sound without installing anything else. Built quality is okay, there are some rough spots on the speaker grill and some plastic that wasn't cleanly cut off at some point (easily ripped out and cleaned up). The connecting speaker cable is awkward and doesnt really seem that sturdy when putting it in. I don't expect to move these around that much though so I don't know if that'll be an issue later on. For the price I paid it would be 5 stars for use case, but at full price it's a solid 4-star rating.

They offer a great value over similar competitors. Unless you require bluetooth, these will definitely be the best option at this price point. Looks serviceable in multiple setups. They have decent high, mids and lows and are a balanced speaker. Can’t go wrong with this speaker set.

Using primarily for Zoom at work with some music. Overall decent speakers.
