Since I work from home and have many back to back meetings during the day, I was looking for a headset that is both light and comfortable to use all day. The EKSA S30 fits the bill perfectly. It’s so light that I sometimes forget that I’m wearing it and since it’s open ear and does not go into my ear like my AirPod, it doesn’t irritate my ears when using it in long meetings. The sound is superb and clear. Another thing I really like is that it comes with a solid beautiful case that protect the headset well. I would highly recommend this.

Easy to set up, sound quality is great, comfortable and perfect for long work hours. I haven’t had any issues so far. Great quality for the price!

I purchased this headset for the open-ear comfortability. Shockingly very impressed by how great the AI filters out all of the noise around me. I made a call at the airport and asked do you hear any of the noise around me? They responded back with I do not hear anything but you. Another benefit is how long the battery lasts since I am constantly traveling.

Really nice product. Links easily to your devices and battery life is outstanding. I use it 6-8 hours a day and no issues with battery life. You can use single ear or double which is also a great feature. Clarity is great and this is by far the best headset I've used.

So far so amazing. This headset is awesome. I'm constantly on the phone all the time and this headset lasts so long during the week. I've had issues with other headsets dying too early while on calls. It's also the most comfortable headset I have ever owned as well.

The audio quality of this earpiece is quite impressive. However, I encountered a consistent issue with its fit when wearing additional accessories. Specifically, the earpiece struggled to remain securely in place while I had my eyeglasses and a hat on. This presented a challenge for uninterrupted use during my activities. A more stable design for the ear attachment would greatly improve the overall user experience.

The headset is comfortable and has great sound, people I'm talking to cant tell I talking through a headset.

Five stars, these are fantastic headphones. I purchased these for work and love them. Major plus that I’ve heard from others that I sound perfectly clear and have heard that there is zero background noise as well (I commute via train to work).

I’m at total tech member ( make lots of electronics purchases). I’m a truck driver and I used headsets for talking while driving on the road. The first purchase was great and work for about 5 or 6 months. I liked it and ended up buying two more of these headsets ( one as a gift and a spare for myself ). The first purchase ended going out at 6 months then I had to turn to the spare headset I had as backup. Out of the box the spare headset did NOT WORK! Both headset and the charger did not work. I tried to using my previous charger from the first headset which did not charged the new headset but the headse still did not work. I took them back to best buy for total tech service, to my surprise they were not covered under my total tech membership due to the fact that they were not a Best Buy product ( outside seller). I’m very disappointed with Best Buy for selling products that were not covered under my total tech membership! For this reason I will not be renewing my membership as it is useless and doesn’t cover my purchase ( 3 brand new headset and not one was covered under total tech membership). They should warn buyers that certain items are outside sellers and not supported by Best Buy total tech membership). I’ll be moving my business somewhere else where all my purchases are covered.

There not very really bulky around your ears volume is low can’t hardly hear when people talk would not recommend need to return them

Great product I work from home and this is the go to option for headset. I don’t like stuff in my ears and this changed everything. I do recommend this product.

EKSA doesn't honor 1 year manufacture warranties from BEST BUY because receipts are not enough to prove purchase. Oddly EKSA said according to my receipt my product is under manufacture warranty but will not accept because I'm not in there system because I purchased from BestBuy. I like these products so much I purchased another 2 pairs. But my first pair, the mic now makes me sound far away. No support and no way to repair according to EKSA. EKSA says to buy from them (EKSA website) to get 1 year manufacture warranty. BestBuy will not help, no surprise because I didn't buy there warranty. My 3 pairs from BEST BUY have no 1 year manufacture warranty.
