So far we are really happy with this toaster. I was a little nervous taking it out of the box because it is very light weight. Being able to toast long pieces of bread has been great as we like artisan sourdough and other larger varieties. I also love having the digital cook time display.

A good upgrade from our old state of the art' toaster. Attractive addition to our other SS/black countertop appliances. So far, does a decent job making toast. Do not care for the minimal crumb catcher on the bottom. If you are careless, crumbs go all over.
