Easy to use, kinda quiet. It seems to be cooling the area however, we haven't really had too many HOT days in a row. I may have to update this review later in the summer...let's hope not.

this a/c united was perfect for my bedroom and it kept the room very cold in steamy moments if you know what i mean it wasn,t quiet but not to loud either but overall i am happy with this a/c and i bought it for a great price
