Worked well... for a little while. I can't recommend- it stopped working in less than a year.

You'd think all these fans would move more air than this... It looks cool with the blue lights and the design is very nice but it doesn't move a lot of air and for 25.00 i was looking for function not just looks. I'm considering returning it. I have an MSI gaming notebook with a 1060 video card and this monster can put out some heat. My laptop has a great amount of high performance fans but I would like to give it a little more, the cooler the better it runs and the longer it will last. It's the first cooler like this that I've owned but it sure doesn't seem to move a whole bunch of air, it his however quiet and perhaps that's the issue, they need fans that spin faster and are thus louder. it runs off a usb port so it can't draw more than five volts and I'm not exactly sure of the max amperage on a standard usb2 slot but it's something around 500 ma and that is not much power to spin a number of fans at high speed.

I bought this on March 19th and it stopped working today April 11...3 days after the return period. Not sure what’s wrong with it has it started turning itself off and then just stopped. It has two USB ports and neither is working. When it did work it was awesome and kept my laptop nice and cool

The fans on the inside of this thing were attached properly, four of them only had one screw holding them on and the big one in the middle wasn’t attached at all. What’s more, this caused it to rattle when turned on and the screen on top wasn’t seated properly. I had to remove the screen, hot glue the fans in place, then reattach the screen. It’s a fairly good laptop cooler with a few neat features, but I’m a little upset that I had to do more than a few things that should’ve been done before it left the factory.

With the 5 fans it has you would think that it would keep the laptop cool but no my laptop was still getting hot plus it hurts when you want to put it on your lap

You would think for it being for a gaming lap top it would actually beable to cool down the lap top. I po personally haven't seen any difference with this cooling pad.

I was told this would work well with a game console but it didn't. I returned it.

I wish I could return this, since it worked fine the first two months I had it, and then the fans stopped moving and the lights dimmed. I am assuming there’s something wrong with the USB port, since I opened it up and nothing was wrong with the fans or the circuitry.
