Entronix - Case for Galaxy A15 - Triple-Layer Heavy Duty Protection - Black

Great question, thank you for asking! Yes, for this heavy-duty case, you'll need to separate the pieces first, it's a 3-piece case. Start by separating the outer silicone layer from the inner plastic frame. The inner plastic frame itself also comes apart in two pieces, so you can open it up, place your Galaxy A15 inside, and then close it back together. Once that's done, snap the silicone layer back over the top to complete the assembly. We typically include installation instructions with the package, either a QR code linking to a video guide or a printed instruction insert, to help walk you through the process. If you're still having trouble getting it to fit after separating the layers, feel free to reach out to our support team for further help. 😊
