How do you get the phone inside the case which is very rigid?
Answered by Entronix teamGreat question, thank you for asking! This heavy-duty case is designed in 3 pieces, which is why it feels rigid. Start by separating the outer silicone layer from the inner plastic frame. The inner plastic frame itself also comes apart in two pieces, so you open it up, place your iPhone 11 inside, and then close the frame back together. Once that's done, snap the silicone layer over the top to complete the assembly. We typically include installation instructions with the package, either a QR code linking to a video guide or a printed instruction insert, to help walk you through the process.
