A: I didn't have this issue, but as soon as I turned on the computer first time windows 10 wanted to update, and it took most of a day to do so.
A: Had the same problem with my first one: keyboard and mouse would not work. Replacement worked fine, but I immediately replaced it with a Logitech unit which continues to work fine.

A: I am pretty sure it come with a 300 watt power supply should get a bigger one depending on you processor watts
Q: What graphics care is included with the Envy Desktop?
A: Integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 Out of the box it has 2 HDMI ports for two HDMI capable monitors. If you have older monitors and are looking to be backwards compatible, get something else. If you have newer HDMI capable monitors - you can't beat this for normal office or home use. If you want to do some heavy gaming, you will have to add a heavy duty graphics card.
