Q: Do they block out all noise when sleeping
A: I don't know because I wasn't going to use them for sleeping I was gonna use them for rock concerts.
A: I would not recommend the Etymotics for sleeping in a bed as they stick out far enough from the ear that one might damage the ear canal/ear drum if you roll over in your sleep

A: Comes with 1 pair. One size. Should fit most ears. Keep using until you lose it or it breaks and replace it
A: The high fidelity ear plugs are mechanical and are for volume reduction. Therefore, the ear plugs are not, nor do they require recharging. They do an excellent job allowing the full spectrum of sound to enter the user's ears, while protecting the user from dangerous sound levels.
