Is ink included with just the printer?
I just recently ordered and received mine today, and it didn't come with ink. It didn't blatantly show anything that said "NO INK" on this item. Kinda sux, got a printer and no ink to try it out, now I got to spend another $300 and wait again. Starting to get buyer's remorse. :(
I just received my E1 UV printer, but I didn’t get the ink or cleaning cartridge. My order page doesn’t indicate I will receive another package.
BestBuy does not include Ink with this purchase. Anker left the ink out of the box due to shelf life. On their site, they sell it for $300 more to include ink with the purchase. Bestbuy keeps it lower and doesn't tell you to buy the ink. Bestbuy needs to fix their listing to make this clear or see a bundle that clearly includes ink.
Does purchase of the warranty cover the printhead? How many?
eufyMake offers a 1 year warranty on the E1 and a 3 month warranty on the printhead.
When would the UV ink expire that’s included in this if I purchased one of these today?
I have had my printer since the day they did the official launch. During that time, I have had several interactions with others who purchased the printer and the ink, the general thought is the ink has a 1 year expiration date from the date of manufacture. Usually the ink is about one month old or less when it arrives. I hope this helps (I originally had the same concern).
