Jimmy Hendrix is one of the greatest guitarists. My granddaughter loves it. I would recommend this album to anyone that loves this kind of music. He played at Woodstock one of the greatest concerts ever. So sad he died at a young age yet had so much to give back to American music.

Very good sound on this version. Balanced mix and clear sound, but not overly bright and not rolled off either in the high frequency.
