We purchased 75"Samsung TV & full motion TV Mount and we live 30 mi. West of Erie Best Buy. The Geek Squad, Trevor & Kirk called us with their questions & update on their arrival. They were so efficient & professional & expedient and also taught us the use of our first Smart TV. We couldn't speak more highly of this experience.

microwave is very sleek I Have received many compliments on it .has many great features such as easy to open door ,brite clock ,fingerprint resistant , smart cooking . the list goes on

Installed a 65” TV on time, quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Delivery was a bit of nightmare. I understand things happen, equipment breaks, people get sick. The time on the first delivery date was changed, supposed to be in the afternoon they came in the morning, so had to reschedule. Second delivery date went well for the micorwave installation. Third date was the fridge and it went well, but about a week or so later I noticed damage to the fridge. Had to schedule another time for them to fix that. In the Interim the 4th date of installation came for my stove and dishwasher. They brought the wrong stove, it was the correct stove wrong color. They installed it anyway so that i would have a stove. 5th and 6th appointment were for them to install the correct stove and Repair/Replace Fridge, both of these appointments were cancelled. The 7th appointment they showed up and took care of everything. The installers were all polite and did a great job, no complaints there. It just seemed if something could go wrong it did.

My damaged tv was picked up, and my new replacement tv was delivered. The guys who delivered it made sure to examine the product before they left. I was grateful for that.

Bought a 75” Samsung. All Tech had to do was unplug old TV, remove from wall mount,hang new TV and reconnect. They sent only one Tech who couldn’t handle that big TV. Had to call my son- in -law who drove 5 miles to help hang the TV. Son-in-law made all connections and programmed the set.. $250 thrown to the wind, what a waste..

They did come in and hook my washer up completely however they said that they could not touch my dryer rather than bringing it in the door because I did not buy a wire from them they're wires were more than other places so of course I wouldn't buy a wire from Best buy when I can buy one cheap for somewhere else and that's kind of a stupid reason it was a brand new wire so anyway I'm very happy with the service I did receive The first washer that came out they had to replace it didn't work right from the get-go so they bring another one

Had my washer, dryer, and refrigerator delivered and installed by a third party through Best Buy. The guys got to my house earlier than scheduled, and were more than happy to wait till I was able to arrive at the house. They were extremely careful with our items, and got it done super quick. Great experience.

Delivery was great! The 2 young men were on time and very nice and knowledgeable.

had to return the 1st stove and have another one delivered and the gentlemen removed the faulty electric stove and replaced with a new one and used these tools to install and the tools worked perfectly.

Delevery people were very nice and professional. Great job!!

The delivery crew was very professional, polite, and helpful, and they installed the machine and answered all our questions in less than 15 minutes. This crew was very impressive and even arrived a few minutes early. In addition, the workers were very careful and repsectful of our driveway, which had pavers that could have been easily crushed by a big truck. They were also very careful with everything and nothing was bumped or dinged!

Always on time and they were very polite and respectful and helpful good service

Good except for the scratched my ceiling. They apologized, but did not pay for it.

This TV is still working amazingly after 18 months or so. Gaming in it is everything you could ever ask for. Movies are amazing. Every other TV on earth looks cheap after owning this one. I'd say I'm happy to have purchased this oled versus competitors versions. The remote is so intuitive, it'll feel natural to use almost immediately. Forget what you hear about burn in. It has a built in screen saver that will run within a moment of inactivity. Save your money there and just enjoy what this TV can give you. Also this TV does just fine in a brighter room. No complaints. I don't think an average or above average eye can complain in that regard, it is plenty bright!
