It took a miracle to have these items and finally after a waiting period of time. These pedastals or risers may help some customers. The advantage is not having to force the body to bend down. The risers almost to a level decent to grab the garments with eased.

The cs rep that I talked to said that they didnt have any techs available to check why my new dishwasher was flashing an error, so they set up for it to be replaced completely. The delivery guys came with the new dishwasher and checked my faulty one out. I showed them a video of the error code it was flashing and they knew right away what the code meant and were able to fix it. This was much easier and convenient imo, since it was just a loose/leaky water hose lol. They did have to reinstall everything since I had it unhooked and ready to go for them though. These guys were professional, knowledgeable, had good team work skills, a positive attitude and were fast at work.

Our TV needed to be delivered and set up and remove old CRT TV, carried down stairs, about 100 lbs. Everything worked out great New TV being delivered to a remote area cost a little extra. They brought all Items and installed them all quickly with a smile. They new how to set up all the home media to work with each other and the new TV.

I was impressed by the expertise of the Geek Squad installers. They were efficient and coped with my rather complicated situation. They found 6-7 unnecessary cables that were left from internet providers and outdated equipment I had. For an old lady who is not tech savvy, it was well worth the price.

I live in Ruhle, Montana, which is quite a distance from major cities, but Best Buy’s Extended Delivery Service went above and beyond to get my appliances to me. Despite the extra two-hour drive from the nearest distribution center, the delivery team arrived right on schedule and handled everything professionally. They carefully brought my appliances inside, set them up where I wanted, and even took the time to answer my questions. I really appreciated their willingness to travel the extra distance without any hassle or added delay. If you live in a remote or rural area, I highly recommend Best Buy’s extended delivery option. It’s convenient, reliable, and worth the investment to avoid the stress of transporting heavy appliances yourself.

Very frustrated with these simple purchase. We have setup a new waterline install for the $1400 fridge that I purchased three different times. All three times the contractor has came out and said “my boss tell me nothing” customer service has been helpful but they need to figure this out. I’ve missed time from work for this install to happen. They refunded and sent the same install guy back again. The dispatch team has clarified to Best Buy that they do not do this type of install. So why have Best Buy contacted anyone else in my area to come do a simple water li e install? I have prepped the area numerous times the last thing I can do is just do it myself but I really want Best Buy to come through on their promise. If they can’t offer this service why do they keep offering it. Beyond frustrating.

Greetings Fellow Shoppers, I collected my new refrigerator on 2/23/24, much to my amazement. A girl with with six years of employment, was the team leader of the loading crew. She pushed the men aside, in order to show her leadership skills: Very impressive to say the least: To conclude I'm not a Best Buy employee, or related to the young girl in question. Fight On USC!

We live 60 miles from the nearest BestBuy and with all the things we’ve bought for our new build they’ve always done a great job communicating and always call before they leave so I have a heads up!

Extended Delivery Area made it possible to have 65 inch TV delivered as I had no way to get it home. Also hauled away a very heavy old 26 inch tube TV whch solved problem of how to dispose of it.

I live in the Appalachian Mountains in a town of 680 people. The nearest Best Buy is nearly two hours away going over mountains of over 6500 feet. We have nothing near us. We are very thankful that Best Buy will deliver to us, and send Geek Squad here too. The trade off for no traffic, clean air and water is that we have no stores or medical near us. Only Best Buy takes care of rural customers. Most other retail stores don’t deliver here with out huge delivery fees. Thank you Best Buy for your service!

The delivery went smooth. The guys took off all the packing material and had me look over the item and then installed it. I am very pleased. they were respectful and careful.
