Three years after purchase and it has rust inside of top.How? Once again we are seeing less quality on basic products every day. I would not purchase again.

I received it today and it had a big dent on the side. I am not happy about that. I have not used it yet just mad that it is dented. They force you to choose the other items so based on the dent I am not satisfied.

Beautiful microwave easy to use. But at the 12.5 month mark it started making grinding nosies, and the lightning!

I purchased this microwave (first time) in Jan 2022. Within 2 mos it started sounding like a car with bad brakes. Best Buy replaced it, the cust service rep was wonderful. I was excited to get my new one in March, 2022. Now, 2 mos later, this 1100 watt mucrowave won't cook a potatoe thru in 12 minutes, nor will it cook a frozen entree in 4!! Of course, my return period has ended, according to Best Buy. The ONLY thing good about this piece of garbage is it is pretty...too bad that won't cook my potatoe!

I don't recommend this microwave. It looks decent but it gets really hot on the outside of it. I wanted to return it but they don't give you long to find out it's bad. It was delivered on may 7th and the return period expired on may 22.

Out of nowhere it just died. Haven’t even had it a month!

Don't buy this - it quit working 1 week after the return date expired - so going to get another product from a different store

Power off after 5 minutes using.Received 10/18/22. Cannot return after 11/02/22.

Dimensions on the website are not accurate. The width is 20 inches and won't fit in my 18" wide cubby hole. Complete waste of time for something as simple as a dimension.
