This multimaster does NOT come with batteries. But Fein is introducing it's line of AMPShare batteries and chargers that are powered by Bosch and shared among partners such as Fein. The batteries come in 2.0 & 4.0 Ah, but for this 1.7Q tool, purchase the 4.0 Ah batteries, these are 18 volt batteries that deliver extreme power and a very long service life. The batteries have electronic cell protection to protect from overload, overheating and total discharge. This system DOES NOT include the batteries. Purchase this system if you have you own AMPShare batteries. The 700 1.7Q multimaster is a professional tool with long service life for the windsheild and automotive industries.
