I personally decided on this kettle after researching gooseneck kettles and seeing the previous EKG kettle rated very highly. I decided to splurge a little and get the Pro to future proof my setup. I love the overall design, feel and ease of use. Once you realize how the dial/one-button setup works it's a breeze to change options. I have mine setup on the guide mode so I can easily flip between coffee and tea which is what I use mine for. Having the ability to set a time for the kettle to kick on is very convenient. Overall I have no complaints and would definitely recommend for anyone willing to splurge over the standard version.

Great kettle for coffee and tea. It heats up fast and I like being able to set the exact temperature. The scheduling feature is awesome—I set it at night and the water is ready when I wake up. The gooseneck spout makes pour-over much easier, and it looks really nice on the counter too. Definitely recommend if you brew coffee at home.

This kettle heats up water really quickly, and will keep your water hot for as long as you need. You can leave it unattended and know it won't boil over. The variable temperature controls are really nice so you can make your water just as hot as you'd like. The goose-neck spout is also really great for pourovers so you can be really precise with your pour. It also looks great!

This kettle is not only beautiful, but it delivers in functionality too. I use it for everything from making pour-over/tea to heating up baby bottles. I love that it will hold the temperature and that you can also schedule the boiling. The hold mode is so handy when I want multiple cups of tea so I can go back for more hot water. It heats up very quickly too which is awesome. The spout is precise which is wonderful for pour-over. I highly recommend this kettle! It's awesome!

I was looking for a kettle that could get temperature specific. I originally ordered a Zojirishi on the advice of a friend, but when I looked at it, even the top-of-the line was limited to four settings. Enter this fantastic Fellow kettle! Temperature specific, holds the temp of you want, scheduled warms, etc. The only con I’ve encountered this far is occasionally and confusingly, it can smell like burnt plastic after a boil.

Not only does it look super clean in matte black, but it heats up super fast and very intuitive to use. The spout is great for precise pour over brews, watering small plants, and refilling small bottles. I use a really small bottle to spray my coffee beans before I throw them in the grinder, so just another cool use case this kettle really shines at. Highly recommend it.

I love having this kettle on my countertop! It heats up quickly and holds temperature really well, which makes it perfect for pour-over in the morning and tea at night. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an electric kettle!

So this has wifi in order to be able to update firmware and preumably other things.. doesnt work properly. Have seen the same comments from other owners. Updates once, then stays on “update available” but wont update. This is so overpriced for just a cool look and features available for half the price.

Love this product, but it's about a year and it's starting to not work correctly. Which makes me so sad cause I love my tea pot!!!

Programming for auto startup of kettle is very confusing and not intuitive. Worked with Fellow customer service to work it out. if you don’t need auto start get the cheaper kettle

This has been really good kettle hot water. Easy to use. But yesterday it stopped heating up the water. It won’t heat up. We’ve had this for a little over a year.

Other than the looks, this kettle sucks. The body is not heat resistant, so you could burn your hands. There is a small vent through which steam blows out, which could burn your hands. The app is basically useless as it does nothing other than updating the firmware. A 30$ kettle in amazon has better usability than this.

Nice design, but water kettle stopped working within 4 months of use. When it is plugged in, no display or heating element works.
