Digital service on this item is amazing. I purchased it, and 15 minutes later I had the code in my email. I didn't have to jump through hoops of web links trying to find it. Code was right there in my email. Went to MOG STATION and enter the code and boom, everything unlocked. Truly a simple process. Warning : This code works on the windows game service, this code is Not for the steam version, I repeat, Not the steam version.

Do NOT listen to the other reviews on this product, this code is absolutely not compatible with the steam version for this game, only if you've purchased FF14 on the developer's website, their reviews should absolutely be removed for being misleading.

Couldnt get game onto my steam account. It kept saying failed and retry again. I contacted steam support then the directed me back to bestbuy to get a refund. Glad that customer service was able to do so, This game is not refundable, so I was lucky to have someone nice and helpful to put that request in for me
