It was founded by Rick Roberts, who had been in the Flying Burrito Brothers, and Jock Bartley, who had been Tommy Bolin's replacement in Zephyr. The band's biggest hit single, InchYou Are the WomanInch, peaked at No. 9 on the Billboard charts in 1976. Other hits included InchJust Remember I Love YouInch (#11 in 1977), InchStrange WayInch (#11 in 1978), InchCinderellaInch (#34 in 1977), InchHeaded for a FallInch (#35 in 1980), and InchStaying with ItInch (#37 in 1981).
