I used to have the previous version of this dishwasher and fell in love. Got the new version, paid arm and a leg. These drawers are the worst! They just don't work! I have to rewash dishes multiple times or have to hand wash them after. The pod doesn't even melt at times (see the pic that's after 2 medium runs). I clean out the filter constantly even though I rinse my dishes well beforehand and the filter is always empty. Last month the rinse aid stopped dispensing. There is no troubleshooting. Please save yourself the money and the headache and don't buy this product.

Worse dishwasher owned to date: it fails to wash dishes clean, even after we rinse dishes thoroughly (by that time, dishes are clean,why bother putting them in a dishwasher!). Drain mechanism gets very dirty after every wash & if it's not cleaned, it gums up w/bacterial growth. Only benefit: the concept of 2 separate chambers that wash separately (or together if chosen) is energy efficient, if only it washed dishes properly... I'll stick with Bosch!

Beware of this dishwasher. The first dishwasher was dented around the edges. The replacement was also dented - like someone shot a BB gun at it. The third and fourth one also dented. Now waiting on dishwash five. Am hoping they will inspect it before sending out for delivery. There is obviously some sort of production issue or Best Buy is selling units that did not pass quality inspection. I bought this same dishwasher a few years ago for our guest house and it is in perfect condition - no dents. I have complained to Best Buy but they refuse to do anything about it. They offered me $100 lol. It’s a real shame because otherwise is a great unit.

was supposed to be delivered the 15th April never called till I called, and they said they had to reschedule the appt. they rescheduled for the 25th on the 24th a man called and said he wanted to drop off the dish washer on our porch but would not install it in our home. someone else will have to do that. I call the company and they said that that was no way they could bring and install the dishwasher on the 25th in was set in 2 days a woman promised she would call in the morning and take care of all the mess in the morning which she didnt call. So I return and cancel the item and plan to not return to the store again due to the bad customer service.

Not satisfied at ALL! It took two months for delivery, and you cannot see the product in any of the stores around where I live, so all you are going on is product reviews of someone who is getting paid for it. Next, the delivery arrives only to find out you had to have an electrician install a plug!!! What...when did that happen, they have always been hard-wired. How about indicating that upfront? 15 wash cycles, why? I just need the one that cleans my dishes, I've had to rerun the dishwasher double loads just to get it clean. Make sure you have powder detergent... another trip to the store. Yes, you can use the pods but they don't work in all the cycles, thus the multiple loads. I'm so dissatisfied and I wanted one because I have an extremely tight kitchen. I should have gone with the Bosch. Lacking some engineering. Fisher and Packyl do you use the product in a real-life setting? The return policy is a joke. I waited two months and had it delivered only to find out I needed an electrician/plumber to install had to wait on their schedule. Another $900.00. I finally got to try it out and now the return window is closed. Are you kidding me?! Best Buy I'm very disappointed I shop your store all the time for my products, computers, phones, Apple watches, TVs, coffee makers, printers, etc. I want my money back so I can buy a better dishwasher!

The dishwasher was installed twice after getting a damaged unit. The final installation is pending and in the meantime the installer runner out outlet with water and Pacific Sales asked us to call the company directly. The customer Service supervisor is not responsive and dodges our calls. Stuck with a damaged unit that is installed incorrectly and damage to our house. Getting an attorney. M

Got installed by Best Buy and it leaked so couldn’t use it. Had to wait week to get fixed, second plumber was GREAT! Then used It 2 days and it has error code. Can’t use it and have to wait 2 weeks for repair...still waiting for repair. Not the best experience so far

This handle was perfect when it arrived but had scratches all over it after the installation service

I would never buy this again! Best buy will not service iot and agent from them have to have a copy of the delivery to schedule a repair

BUYER BEWARE! I have had this for almost a month and it’s been the worse dishwasher I have ever owned and the most expensive one by a long shot. Dishes are never ever dry no matter how perfectly placed or what option you run it on. The dishes are ALWAYS covered in dried up soap and I have always used “finish rinse aid”. I also practically make everything I put in it clean already. I always get any and all food off of everything and have always used dishwasher as a sanitizer after scrubbing and washing them for the most part. Still they do not get clean in this dishwasher. Every other dishwasher I have owned has left everything spotless. I highly advise against this dishwasher!

They rescheduled the delivery 4 times, took Best buy 5 months to install but they charged me just as I ordered, after the second time use it is leaking and does not work it has been over a month and nothing has happened. Worst experience with best buy and don't even know if they would fix it or not.

I am stuck in a "customer service" nightmare. They have delivered 2 damaged dishwashers, which I have refused. The second one, they dumped in the hallway of my condo building. They have rescheduled no less than 15 times, and just did so again today. Sales, delivery, installation and "customer service" are all separate companies now, so good luck.

Best Buy agent selected wrong bottom freezer handle …… installer unable to complete installation again!

I have used this new dishwasher only a few times but it does not clean the dishes and eaves a residue of the cleaning material on the dishes. Is there anything I am not doing right?

The only clean dishes that come out of this dishwasher are the ones I wash before I put them in. Two previous dishwashers of same make worked wonderfully.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with purchasing appliances. I have a case open and no one bothers to call me back. Had to hire my own plumber to check out what was wrong.

Purchasing was easy. Delivery has been delayed until the end of August! I will review it when I get it!

We love the concept and size of this drawer doshwasher but spent over $300 to replace motor after 3 years old. Inside parts are falling apart. And now soap is dripping oit if the bottom. Just not a well built washer. Has to ne a better built on the market.

I “thought” this would be a great concept. Wrong! Never want a dishwasher like this again. Pro: when using top drawer it’s so much better for people with back issues and have a hard time bending. That’s it, that’s the only Pro I can come up with. Cons: extremely small! Can’t fit half of what I put in my prior dishwasher, even using both drawers. The dish prongs are horribly designed, they are so tight together that unless you’re putting just plates, bowls and containers are almost impossible to load. Doesn’t dry at all! I even use the “extra dry” option, when cycle is complete everything is completely wet. Even when I run the machine overnight, in the morning when I unload it, I still have to completely towel dry everything. I’ve just completely remodeled my kitchen with all new appliances, this is the WORST appliance I’ve ever purchased. $1800+ down the drain, I’m now in the process of purchasing a dishwasher, and I’ve only had this one 3 months.

Just bought a new house that had this model in it. We thought it would be cool that you could run small loads - and it is. But the thing is that it doesn't do a very good job of cleaning. It is very inconsistent. It doesn't rinse well sometimes. It is also much more noisy than it is rated for. Also, having small drawers makes it hard to fit big dishes or to do full family-size loads even with both drawers. We are replacing this with something else because this is absolutely terrible and I need a dishwasher that works.
