A: I had exactly the same issue as my wrist is quite large and there was no way I was going to use a tight fitting watch, but I was surprised it came with a regular and a large band. I used the large band and I do not wear it tight, it is comfortable enough to wear it all nite.
A: Yes it keeps track and allows you to see exactly where you are on the 250 steps. It also alerts you 10 minutes to the hour if you are short so that you can/will get up and move
