Flashforge ABS is an engineering-grade filament offering high impact resistance (7-10.5 KJ/m²), tensile strength 35-40 MPa, and heat deflection temp of 88°C. Smooth finish, great heat & chemical resistance. Works with most 1.75mm FFF 3D printer.
Tensile strength 35-40 MPa (ISO 527), flexural strength 65-70 MPa (ISO 178), impact strength 7-10.5 KJ/m² (ISO 180) – built for functional prototypes and end-use parts.
Heat deflection temperature 88°C @ 0.455 MPa (ISO 75) and excellent resistance to chemicals, wear, and heat for demanding applications.
Nozzle 220-260°C, bed 100-110°C, speed 40-250mm/s, layer thickness 0.12-0.3mm, retraction 1-3mm @ 30-50mm/s.
1.75mm diameter works with most FFF 3D printers on the market; high-speed printers deliver better performance.
Elastic modulus 1500-1650 MPa, elongation at break 12-17%, density 1.04-1.06 g/cm³ – strong, tough parts with a smooth surface.
