Flashpoint - FlashBack Lux Senior Retro Camera Flash, Godox Lux Senior, White

The Flashpoint FlashBack Senior On-Camera Flash, in its stylish white finish, is a high-quality blend of vintage charm and modern technology. This reliable and durable flash is a nod to the original Automatic Speedlight of 1972 and the reflector flash design of the 1930s, offering a unique fusion of past and present for photography enthusiasts. This versatile on-camera flash features a single-pin hot shoe trigger, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of cameras, from popular brands like Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Olympus, and Pentax, to vintage models with a live hot shoe or an old-school sync post. The FlashBack Senior On-Camera Flash is not limited to the current popular cameras, but extends its compatibility to a broader spectrum of camera platforms. The flash's automation is f-stop related, controlled through a sensor on the flash body, not TTL camera linked. This means that once the lens is set to the suggested displayed f-stop, the exposure is accurate and rich, regardless of the camera platform used. The FlashBack Senior On-Camera Flash boasts a guide number of 46, designed for convenience and versatility rather than superpower performance. It uses rechargeable lithium-ion cells as its built-in power solution, ensuring dependable, uninterrupted flash photography.Reminiscent of the days when reflectors ruled, the flash features a retro fan shape that opens and closes in a circular 9-blade silver dish. This design harks back to the era of single-use magnesium bulbs, adding a touch of nostalgia to your photography experience. The flash can be used in manual or automatic mode, with the light delivering dependable, repeatable output in 7 user-controlled output levels in manual mode. In auto mode, the flash takes the driver's seat with the flash exposure, but the photographer must set the appropriate f-stop on the camera body or lens. The FlashBack Senior On-Camera Flash offers even coverage at a fixed 28mm focal length flash spread, and features an advanced integrated optical receiver for both S1 and S2 pre-flash TTL systems triggers. It provides balanced coverage over a wide range of focal lengths, without using a speedlite crippled zoom head function, and delivers pure daylight color.Ideal for beginners, occasional users, amateurs, and professionals alike, the Flashpoint FlashBack Senior On-Camera Flash is a practical and stylish addition to any photography kit. Please note, the Shoe adapter WE4711 is required for Sony cameras.
