    Little disappointed about this phone

    Sometimes when I’m on the phone, I can’t hear what the other is saying. There is noise in the background. I brought it back to Best Buy and the technician I had too many saved things so he deleted them. I thought my problem was solved, but no it isn’t. I’m disappointed. Still have same problem.
