The movie is hilariously funny and I enjoyed every minute of it. My only complaint is idk who puts a sticker on the back where it’s impossible to peal off whole.

Florence Foster Jenkins is one of those movies that you will want to watch over and over again over time. Based on a true story, Ms. Streep puts in a performance that is quite convincing. Highly recommend this!

As a professional musician already knowing the history behind Florence Foster Jenkins, I looked forward to seeing this movie. I have an original copy of the recording she cut for her 'Verdi Club,' which I inherited from a vocal professor. That said, I was not disappointed with the overall direction of the film. I was glad to see that her life was portrayed in a dignified way, drawing interest from those who know nothing of her legacy. (Even a history of bad performance can be construed as 'legacy.') I HIGHLY recommend this movie. Simon Helberg steals the show - in every way.

Meryl Streep plays Florence Foster Jenkins ,a weathy socialite who loved to sing and loved Opera .She had great passion but the talent she possessed did not match.She played Carnegie Hall to a SRO crowd despite her lack of vocal prowess. It was great fun and a little sad.Meryl is fantastic and Simon Hellberg from Bing Bang Theory steals the show.

Meryl Streep is so good, its scary. She can do anything. Intense drama, side-splitting comedy, musicals. By far the best actress of all time. In this role she plays the part perfectly. A really funny movie with some very tender scenes. I got this Bluray for $9.99. A price I could not pass up, and I am glad I didnt. This movie will entertain you like few others.

Meryl Streep and Hugh Grant do a fine job in portraying Ms. Jenkins. The movie is about a 7.5 out of 10 as far as I am concerned. I am glad that the Oscar went else where even though it was a challenging roll for Meryl. Big Bang fans will appreciate the character portrayed by Simon Helberg - Howard Wolowitz - he was superb.

Very entertaining story of a wealthy lady who LOVED music (especially opera) & enjoyed performing. Fantastic performances by Meryl Streep & a great supporting cast. There is a secret element that makes this story poignant, in addition to being hysterically funny.

Unusual. Its heartwarming to realize there are people out there who are so much in love. And to what lengths they will go to keep/preserve their loved ones dignity, protect & make the one they love feel special (without breaking the law or hurting other people).

What a wonderful movie that is based upon truth. Meryl Steep and Hugh Grant do I really have to say anything more? They are both great actors and the movie is wonderful. It is full of heart, soul, and a lot of song! Hope that you enjoy it.

A film based on a true story about an untalented socialite who is semi delusional regarding her talent and her loving loyal husband who is equally delusional supporting her every whim.Hilarious and Streep shines in her usual best acting turn.

I thought this was a great movie! All the actors were amazing and really funny! My favorite was probably the piano player that accompanies Florence, skeptical at first but turns out to be a very good friend to her. A feel good movie!

We laughed as she stumbled through her love of music. Hugh Grant and the pianist were great also. Being based upon a true story made it delightfully amusing. Don't know how she could hold a straight face throughout the movie!

...but a bit sadder than I expected given the comedic previews. There was humor and Meryl Streep was amazing...a sad kind of story but that is how life was then...casting was great.not a feel good movie but worth a look.

The characters in this movie are great. There are a number of hilarious scenes in this movie. if you want a good escape from the rigors of the day then this is it., Meryl Streep is at her captivating best. I found this movie to be an enjoyable glimpse into an unusual slice of life.

Meryl Streep continues to broaden her scope. There isn't another actor as versatile as she continues to demonstrate. She is a combination of the great legends of the past: Kate Hepburn, Audrey Hepburn, Joan Crawford, Ingrid Bergman, Deborah Kerr, Janet Leigh, etc.

This was a very different movie for Meryl. She was fantastic as usual. The story was kind of sad but entertaining. I like all her other movies a bit better than this one

I just Love Meryl Streep, and especially in this Movie. I enjoyed it very much. A MUST to any Meryl Streep Collection. So glad it also contained a Blue-ray dvd as well.Glad to find it at Best Buy Store!!
