Before purchasing this range, we read many reviews from Best Buy customers, as well as customers who purchased this item from other suppliers. We were confident that it would deliver. To our surprise, our range arrived one week early! We have been using it daily for 2 weeks now and it is just incredible! I can boil water in just 3 minutes!! Our 6 burners allow us to have multiple items cooking at once. The convection oven is fabulous, cooking food much faster than a conventional oven. My previous appliance was double the cost and never had as much power as the Forno. We are absolutely in love with this range and hope it lasts a long time.

Unbelievably nice gas range and electric convection oven!!! We had to wait a month for it to come in but it was so worth it! Range cooks very quickly and the oven bakes evenly without burning to the sheets/pans. For $2K with tax, best we’ve purchased.

The oven quality is amazing and purchasing it through Best Buy was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and they loaded my 350 pound oven in my truck For me. The stove and oven is ver durable and professional quality.

This was probably the best packaged, cared for, quality appliance that I have purchased. Everything worked right out of the box. The only downside I would think of is the handle on the oven door really needs a better installation design and needs to be more robust. Now, the real downside. Best Buy sold this stove without having it in stock. I was told by customer service on two occasions that my stove was at the wearhouse and would be delivered. 3 months later, I finally got my stove. If you want this stove, or any appliance that is not at the physical best buy, I would absolutely suggest a different retailer.

Purchased in April 2022. Installed in May 2022. Oven stopped working in September 2022. Manufacturer is impossible to reach. I've called and sent emails. When you call they say to send an email and they'll respond within 48 hours which is a lie. It's been almost 2 weeks and no one returns my calls or responds to my emails. I've reached out to best buy, but no one is there to help stand behind this product.

Well, this one was a bad stove. And Best Buy won't support the purchase. Call Forno. Ok so we called Forno. Message saying send pictures, videos, name phone number and original receipt to a CHINESE email address? Ummm no. Done with both companies!
