The cooktop is fantastic, but the oven has serious downsides. 1.) The thermostat is about 50-75 degrees off, so you must purchase a thermometer that sits in the oven to ensure you get the right internal temperature. 2.) The pull-out racks are very difficult to operate and easily get stuck. 3.) If you shut the door too quickly, the pilot light will go out If you don't care about a precise oven, then you'll like this. If the oven is important to you, do not buy

Range look really good but thermostat is not than efficient

The oven takes more than 30 minutes to reach 350 degrees. Once it reaches 350 it hard to maintain that temperature. The flame will go out while baking and the pilot has to be relit. If the pilot goes out the oven continue to put out gas and fills your home with gas. Tried to return the range to Bestbuy but they do not accept returns after 15 days, so I lost $1800 purchasing a range that doesn’t work.

This is the stove that was supposed to be installed. Its the third scheduled install and second exchange for a nonfunctional new oven. They never showed up.

Terrible. The oven turns off while cooking (and gas fills the house), and I had to file a report with the BBB of Canada to have someone come out to "fix" it. It is still broken. Also, you cannot see what temperature the oven is cooking because the numbers rub off after cleaning,

Wasnt sure about this range, but wanted something that had nothing digital on the range itself I have lost 2 ranges over last 7 years due to clitches in the digital panels. I also wanted to switch to gas instead of electric. Wow! This Forno range has exceeded my expectations and beyond. The look is sleek and very eye catching. It does take a couple weeks to get use to Food cooks so even and perfect. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thanks you Forno!
