You can Google that question but it is economical especially when on eco mode as it shuts on and off automatically.
Why Does tha fan stops like eveey 5 minuted automatically??
My guess is you have it on eco mode or it reached the temp you set it to. The remote is a thermostat too so move it farther from the unit.
