Excellent freezer
Bought this freezer to have extra storage for frozen foods..it's fantastic..just have it on medium temperature and it freezes so we'll.keeps items frozen well below minus 10 or more..it has 5 shelves that are big enough to store so much..I store tons of veggies and fruit and pizzas.and still haven't used all the shelves..I love the way it has a built in light and it's frost free.plus it's a upright .and you can organize all your frozens and be able to see what you have and use .and not having to dig in like those chest freezer..overall.this freezer is a winner..oh and it also has a light in bottom to let u know if u left the freezer open..it will beep ..how cool is that..it's not too bulky either..just the right size to store tons of things.

Peace of Mind
Sturdy. A quality build. Well engineered. Offers plenty of useable space. The panel at the rear of the compartment distributes the cooling evenly to all shelves and door racks. The interior light is bright and more useful than I realized. Love the green "power on" indicator light. At a quick glance you know the power is on and all is well. Attained desired temperature quickly and recovers fast after the door has been opened. Love the fact that I never ever have to defrost again.

Good Freezer... so far
The freezer arrived in good shape and worked right out of the box and was the simple, no frills freezer that I expected. It came down to temperature quickly and has kept our food frozen since we stocked it. As we have only had it for 3 weeks, I can't speak to it's long term dependability. The delivery crew from Best Buy would only get 1 Star, but I did not deduct anything for this as it would not be fair to the product. They did NOT remove all of the packaging, left trash on the ground in front of our entrance door, left non-recyclable packaging in our recycle bin instead of taking it with them and did not even plug the device in because the outlet was 2-prong instead of grounded. They asked for my signature while I was on a phone call, and didn't even tell me about this when I asked if there were any problems. I had an adapter in the drawer next to where I was sitting that I could have handed to them, but they could not be bothered to complete the installation and making sure that it worked by plugging it in.
