This freezer is a great size with easy to use baskets and shelves. The outside of the freezer shows the inside temperature. The only thing that might have been nice is more door storage containers. I have been unable to figure out where to buy extra door storage compartments. Ice cream storage compartment is another great feature.

Frankly, when my old freezer quit, Frigidaire was not the brand I wanted to replace it with - however, I am now a convert. I was worried that the interior of the freezer appeared to be set up too much like a refrigerator with too much storage in the door. I have not found that to be a problem, but I should have added at least one door shelf pocket when they were on sale. The soft ice-cream shelf is a nice feature, but too small except for the smallest containers. One of the best features is the open-door alarm - that I had reason to notice recently. Unfortunately, this is also a feature that could be dramatically improved if the alarm sound were much louder and at a pitch older people can hear. I really thought it was a cell-phone beep until I chased down where the beeping was coming from. The other really great feature is the temperature display on the outside of the door. (Yes, even with the door slightly ajar, it stayed at -10.) The interior lighting is excellent, the pull out drawers are very helpful and the overall layout is thoughtful. The delivery crew was awesome! This very large model had to go inside the house into the pantry. Installation required removal of the door on the freezer and the door in the hall. The crew handled everything with ease of experience and absolutely protected the floors and everything else. I could not be happier with this purchase or the Best Buy store where I purchased it.

This is an above average upright freezer that does a great job at what it's supposed to do... freeze things! We love the space that's available and the shelving system is laid out nicely. The freezer has a great seal when you shut the door, probably the best we've seen of all the freezers we've ever had. The only complaint we have about the freezer is that it comes with three holders that you can put in the door to hold items. The door space, however is large enough to hold six of these holders; so unless you can find a way to get additional holders you end up with unused freezer space that you could put more items into.

We upgraded from two chest freezers to this one upright freezer, and love it. Opening the door and being able to see what we have and easy access to the food is great. Over the years we have "lost" so many things in the bottom of our old freezer, and the kids also have a hard time locating food and end up damaging food because everything is stacked on top of one another. This definitely is not an issue with this freezer. Lots of shelf space and nice baskets for organizing.

The freezer I bought has features that are important to me. Glass shelves for durability, a key for security, viewable temperature to be certain of the food preservation, thick walls to keep food frozen longer in case of electrical failure, good lighting and lots of space too. Also, it can be used on a porch where there will be variable temperatures.

Frigidaire - 20.5 Cu. Ft. Frost-Free Upright Freezer. Very roomy with lots of shelving for organizing. I would like more bins for the door, but very happy with it. We love the digital temperature reading - no guess work and easy to adjust.

This deep freezer has everything you could need or want. The digital controls on the outside make it easy to operate as well as read. You're able to keep the temperature to the exact degrees needed. The shelves inside are adjustable allowing you to get the maximum room needed. The baskets are an excellent addition and allow for additional space to be used wisely. The shelves on the door also offer excellent space. The soft freeze area it's something I've never had before but have found myself using a lot. All in all this deep freezer was definitely worth the money paid and I'm extremely glad I bought it.

very well organized interior. love the adjustable / removable shelves and slide out baskets. The lights are bright and well placed along the top and sides. Exterior touch pad controls are a great feature .Temp and settings are displayed at a glance. So far the freezer works great. Best Buy delivery guys were great, unwraped it and placed it in the garage perfect spot. Thanks guys!!

Freezer has lots of space. My only complaints are that you have to order the additional shelves for the door and the alarm is not loud at all. My freezer is in the basement and there is no way I would hear the alarm. So for me that is a wasted feature that I paid extra $$ for, over the same freezer without the alarm. I would only recommend this freezer if it is going to be placed where you could hear it, due to the concerns with the soft beep of the alarm.

This freezer was bought to replace a 20 year old Whirlpool certainly has me asking why I waited so long. Great storage in a small space. I have not filled all the drawers up to this point and I added 2 deer that were processed shortly after receiving it at home. Great freezer if you need a large freezer.

Great freezer. Lots of room and the color coding on each shelf makes it easy to find what your looking for - the digital temperature on the outside front of the freezer reassures that the inside temperature is correct

This is a huge freezer. I don't know exactly how much it will hold, however, as it came with a defect and I have to wait another month for a replacement. I am in the process of purchasing a half of a heifer and hope to have the freezer before the beef becomes ready. It certainly freezes from what I can tell. Definitely get more door shelves as what it comes with is not enough. They come from Electrolux 1-800-599-7569, part #297187201. I have high hopes for this freezer.

I wanted a frost free upright and after looking at different brands and comparing, I decided on this one and haven't regretted it. I like the features such as the temperature readout on the door. The freezer is HUGE and I'm still working on filling it. The ice-cream compartment does keep the frozen treats soft, just like advertised, and I was amazed at how quickly the freezer cooled to zero degrees. I keep it in the garage so noise is not an issue but the freezer emits a low hum. This is my first Frigidaire product and overall I am very pleased so far.

I've had this freezer for a couple weeks; it cooled quickly and has held its zero degree temperature well (it sits in a hot garage). My only complaint is that the compressor runs so long; a local Frigidaire repair guy came out and said this was normal for low energy freezers: the smaller compressors run longer. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase so far.

We got this freezer to hold a half hog and a quarter steer...it is easily big enough for this. It's very sturdy and the temp indication on the door is nice. I only wish it had one more shelf for the door.

The first thing you notice is the internal layout of this freezer. It is flexible and well thought out. There is space for a variety of sizes and it allows flexibility in organizing your products. I shopped extensively before buying this stand up freezer and am thrilled I went with this product.

Absolutely love this frigidaire freezer. Good size for large family. Lots of storage space. Very good design and style. Keeps foods very cold and fresh.

This freezer was purchased through Best Buy. They had the best price by far over any local appliance dealers. They delivered the unit and set it up as promised. The electronic display on the door tells you what the interior temp is at a glance. We have had it for a week and so far, it has been a dream.

A great upgrade from my old chest freezer. Really like all the storage bins and drawers. Also like having temperature on outside of door.
