Questions & Answers
There is no way you can get 21 cubic feet with the height of only 66" and a width of 29 11/16" and a depth of 32 13/16". Also I think that BestBuy product Depth of 30 5/6 inches may be right if Frigidaire's 32 13/16 includes the handle.
Answered by FrigidaireSupportHi Bernard, thank you for sharing your concerns. The 21 cu. ft. capacity refers to the freezer’s interior storage space, while the listed dimensions measure the exterior, including the cabinet insulation and door. The FFUV2136AW measures 66 5/8 inches high, including the hinge, 29 11/16 inches wide, and 32 13/16 inches deep with the door. The depth is specified as “with door,” not specifically “with handle.” We understand that Best Buy lists different dimensions, so we recommend using our published specifications and installation instructions when planning your space. — Reed
The height listed is 71 inches but the same SKU number at a different company says 66 inches. Can you tell me if the 71 is accurate?
Answered by FrigidaireSupportHi John3, thank you for your question. The FFUV2136AW measures 66 5/8 inches in height, including the hinge, according to our published product specifications. We recommend using this measurement when planning your installation. — Reed

The website does not recognize the model number and I couldn't get any parts info without it. Is it because the model is new and not in the system. Will they soon be available? The number sent me in circles for 2 hours.
