I noticed a dent on the bottom that I am sure happened when it was delivered. The front door material is very flimsy and the dent can be seen even when you stand far away from it. This is my very first dishwasher and I have not even used it yet. I am very disappointed!

I don't buy major appliances often so I don't purchase the most expensive ones. I purchased this Frigidaire dishwasher in NOV-2022 and March-2024 it blew out and tripped the circuit breaker and burned a hole in the unit and the plug. I called for maintenance and it took them 3 weeks to come out. The first time the tech called the wrong phone# and cancelled the appointment, 2nd time he came out, AGAIN, they called my old number which had been changed and updated long time ago. 3rd time he came out he noticed it was the same old number attached to his work order! After much anger and frustrated conversations with their customer service people, they relented and had the tech come out the next day, otherwise I would have had to wait ANOTHER week to reschedule. When the tech finally came inside to do a diagnostics, he told me that the OLD number was STILL on the work order and he searched through my past orders and found my cell#. He told me all the parts needed to replace and the labor costs involved and said it would be 50/50 chance if it happens again because he wouldnn't be able to know if the circuit boards are damaged or not, cuz if they were I would be better off purchasing a new dishwasher. Because I didn't buy the extended warranty, I would have to pay for parts/labor. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DISHWASHER! Shortly after the year warranty expired, it shorted out. No problems before, just shortly after the warranty period expired. NOT WORTH all the frustration I went through just to get a tech out. The window of time they give you for a tech to come out is 7AM - 7PM!!!!!

This item last 10 minutes. It then popped and started smoking. The Geek Squad couldn't come out til 7 days later. They told me it was a faulty unit that had messed up wiring. We were LUCKY that our house didn't catch fire. I then had to deal with the 20 minutes of not talking to a human at Best Buy to find out I need to wait 5 more days till a new dishwasher could come. In the end, I need to take 3 days out of work for one dishwasher. Best Buy offered ZERO compensation. So, in the end, this dishwasher is costing me over $1200 due to having to take 3 days out of work instead of 1. I will only buy from Lowes moving forward. My last dishwasher from them (also Frigidaire) lasted me 12 years. NOT 10 minutes!!!!!!!

We bought this dishwasher about 1.5 years ago. After less than a year of use, the door could not be closed properly because of the latch. It was still under warranty but it took a month or two before the part arrived and was replaced. Now, we find that after a washing cycle, the water does not drain completely. The top tray is partially dislodged because the wheel/rail is rusted and loose. Less than two years after purchasing it, we are not confident we should spend the money to fix the machine if some other part is going to break down soon.

• If unit is hooked up to a food waste disposer, make sure the disposer is empty.
• Check to see if the knockout plug has been removed from inside the food waste disposer inlet.
• Check to see if drain hose is kinked.
• Make sure cycle is complete, not in a pause.

Ordered during COVID-19 lockdown, received a month later with no installation option. After a couple of weeks, had it installed to realize the drying feature does not work. Was past return period, obviously. When trying to call best buy - was pin-balled from dept. to dept. and put on hold. I gave up. So now I'm stuck with a dishwasher that does not dry. Very unsatisfied. This is my second review, as the first never posted.

My Samsung broke down and wanted to just get a quick, cheap option. Tried this one... take it from me and dont lol. Loud, breaks down and that was within weeks. Thanks to Best Buy and the support they supplied as I returned it ASAP!!! Samsung last longer and is just a better brand!!! Cheap prices equal cheap results!!

Frigidaire - 24" Front Control Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher - Stainless steel. I hand wash 95% of the time. I purchased this washer as it was closest price to $350 gift card for 20 years of service at work. Not once has it dried my dishes or even it's own self. I do not know if it was an installation issue or the appliance but waranty expired before knowing it was an ongoing issue. I wish I would have heeded the other reviews....

Your feedback is important to us and has not gone unnoticed. Regarding the dishwasher not drying the dishes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also, try using the High option on the model. During the high option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. This helps the dishwasher detergent remove food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying performance by adding additional rinse aid and increasing the water temperature. Hopefully, this helps. Worst experience. Best buy guys came to install, caused flooding in my kitchen and did not even install because there was a dent in the dishwasher. After making me wait for 15 days they brought the same damaged one once again. Their installation guy took it back. I had to call them more than 20 times wasting my hours of time to finally get my money back.

Bought this two days ago March 19, 2024 and this dishwasher is very noisy. Also, there is a loud grinding noise but I’ve never heard in any dishwasher that I have had. Do yourself a favor and skip this. I am returning this in the next couple days.

To get the best results when using the dishwasher, ensure not to overcrowd your dish racks to allow proper water and heat to flow through the appliance. And always make sure that the items are loaded properly. Large items on the bottom rack, and small items on the top rack; there should be space between the items to allow water to flow. Pans, cups, and dishes should be loaded facing down. Utensils should not be nested. The spray arms should not be blocked, allowing them to rotate freely. The new dishwasher failed to turn on 1 week after installation. Repairman says that the control board needs to be replaced. This is very disappointing. Not sure if I will purchase another Frigidaire product.
