This is just a basic dishwasher, but that's what we wanted. So far it's working as expected, though the racks are shallower than previous dishwashers we've had and the utensil basket much smaller. My biggest concern was upon receipt it had water inside the machine. The box was dry, the water was inside it as if it had been factory tested but not properly drained? At least a few cups of water remained. Almost returned it upon discovering this, but after a few tests it seems to work properly so we installed it.

Normally I don't write reviews especially if they're not positive. This dishwasher is smaller than our previious dishwasher. Read positive reviews and even read something about larger chamber but this does not hold a reg size BBQ spoon without adjusting and does not hold more than a couple average size pans if you want to wash them in the dishwasher. Seems like it is for a college dorm or only for one person who does not cook or bake. Also leaves dishes wet after heat & dry cycle which I did see in review but it does leave a lot of water in the bottom of the door and when you open it after cycle runs it gets on the floor and if you have a tile floor . The dishwasher is also smaller than your average size. The baskets that hold silverware are smaller than average and so are the racks. Maybe I missed something in the reviews or description?

I just wanted to buy a newer dishwasher after ours broke down. I didn’t want anything crazy expensive but something comparable to what I had. This dishwasher just doesn’t have good compartments for storing the dishes like my old dishwasher had. It’s quieter which I like and expected because it is newer. Cleans the dishes just fine but does not dry them very well or at all really. By the time you pay for delivery fee, installation fee and the fee to throw away your old dishwasher, you’re paying double the retail price.

Hello, DannyUF! Thank you for your feedback! . In regards to the dishwasher not drying the dishes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully this helps. Time will tell how good this dishwasher is. It is smaller than the one I used to have, it's only 2 racks and I find I really miss my third knife rack/small items like coffee lids rack at the top. This is a very basic dishwasher and I don't think uses space as effectively as it could. Not Frigidaire's fault, but delivery truck drivers, dropped it down and dented it; so first day in the new house and sports a big dent for a non-reduced price. Definitely don't plan to order delivery from best buy again.

This dishwasher is on the low end of the Kenmore family. The door and baskets feel flimsy and the silverware basket is small it will hold at least 2 meals for a family of four. I wish I would have kept my basket from my previous Kenmore dishwasher. The dishes will not dry all the way you will have to hand dry. The dishwasher is pretty basic.

Nice stainless look. However, heated dry option is just steam that doesn't really dry the dishes, we have to open the door when they're done for them to air dry, which is a huge inconvenience having three dishwasher door wide open in the kitchen. No rinse only cycle, which may be my fault I didn't notice when I bought it. Overall, washes well (not dry) and was a cheaper option so it works for now.

The dishwasher cleans well enough but even on the dry cycle it doesn't dry the dish's very well. I did all the tips in the manual it suggested but that didn't help. I do like that it is pretty quiet though. It was pretty cheap and I guess if you buy cheap you don't always get the best quality.

This is a great looking washer. The problem is that it was too tall for the installation slot that was at my office so I had to return it. Make sure to take the measurements before buying as the size seemed like it was not standard for ADA requirments.

This replaced a similar model Frigidaire dishwasher that lasted for 10 years. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. My complaints are that it does not dry completely on the Heated Dry cycle. I spoke with an authorized repairman who told me that is a common complaint on newer dishwashers. He instructed to use liquid rinse aid even though I use the Cascade Complete pods. That helped a little.

Have had this dishwasher for about a month and it works ok. Not as good as my older model. The buttons you have to push really hard to activate. I would pay a little more for the next model up

Very basic, entry level dishwasher. Put tons are tough to press and the dishwasher is loud. Mostly plastic bits and pieces inside. Buy only if you are on a tight budget otherwise pay a few hundred dollars more and look for something better.

Doesnt do a very good job unless you make sure to rinse off everything very well before loading. Not very good quality but its cheap so thats the trade off.
