So I had a very expensive Samsung dishwasher that had a lot of functions. I only had it about 2 1/2 years and it started malfunctioning. The quote I got to fix it was ridiculous so I started looking at other dishwashers. I just bought a Frigidaire refrigerator in the summer and loved it so I decided to look into the dishwasher. Since I only usually use one cycle on the dishwasher, I went with this model because the Samsung had like eight and I only used one… let me tell you I am blown away by this dishwasher. it cleans so much better than the Samsung I had and it’s more than 1/2 the price ..It is so simple and so easy to use.. I got it in stainless steel and absolutely love it.

Easy to install and easy to operate. It is very quiet when it is running. Very pleased with my purchase. Model numbers are on an easily accessible place and easy to register the product.

Perfect dishwasher with easy to install and the water is spraying from the buttom, top and middle. We had the white one in our 2 other units we lived. That's the reason, we buy this one, which is energy saving and sprays from 3 different locations. We removed one of the cabinets and installed a dishwasher instead. Happy with delivery and we installed it ourselves.

This is much better than the Frigidaire dishwasher we had previously that was in the house when we got it. It would run for so long and the dishes weren't washed so great. We had some Best Buy Reward points, a gift card, and with the option to use our Best Buy VISA or PayPal, we opted for PayPal. Our 2-10 Home Warranty was giving us basically the cost of this dishwasher and though this particular one was less expensive at Lowe's & Home Depot, our overall out-of-pocket cost was much less with the gift card we had and the Reward $$$. PLUS, there was free shipping which there was not with the other 2 places. So that saved us money, too. Now, on to the dishwasher. This is actually the first time I really regularly used a dishwasher in my life. Usually we have the kids do it, but one went off to college and the other is so busy with school and extracurricular, this was just another thing on his list. We like this dishwasher because it's easy to use, cleans our dishes, has a 1 hr & dry time so the dishwasher isn't trying to wash the dishes for 2 hrs or more like our previous one. We do rinse all the food off and make sure nothing is stuck to dishes or things we put in the dishwasher. So that helps with cleaner dishes. Haven't tried them with stuff caked onto the dishes. We run the dishwasher every 2-3 days, when it gets full. We found putting Jet Dry Rinse Aid helps greatly to get the dishes spot free. This dishwasher, for us, is fairly quiet. You can still hear it, but it's a low noise, white noise. It hasn't raised or lowered our water bill, as our bill is about the same as handwashing. There's nothing all that special about this dishwasher under $400. Oh, there is a 4 hr delay feature, but we haven't used it. The racks are standard. I haven't seen any fancy dishwasher so I can only compare to the one that was here before. I also see the price has dropped since we purchased, but oh well. In the end, the actual cost of the dishwasher was $60 for us, the fee for the 2-10 service guy to come out and assess that our old dishwasher needed too much in repairs. We had our handyman install this dishwasher. It took him about an hour, but I can't really tell you if it was easy or hard to install. That one hour was uninstall the old one and replace it with this one. We're happy with this dishwasher and hope it works well for us for years to come.

Recently moved into a new place and it had a washer with a telescoping sprayer for the top rack. I spent to much time rinsing dishes and even then they did not always come out clean. I needed one with a top sprayer and more sprayers overall. This one does the job. I only rinse off the big items now and everything comes out clean. Dried eggs, greasy grill parts, stuck macaroni and cheese. So far, this this has tackled them all. It is a little louder than I like, but it is more of a calming sound compared to cheaper units that sound like a wave crashing on the shore. The only complaint that I have is that the LED indicator on the front panel is a little to small and dim for me. I wear glasses and I have to get real close to make sure that I have the correct cycle selected.

The Frigidaire dishwasher is simple to use with just a few touches. I like that the dishwasher can latch without the need for too much force. The dish racks are sturdy and provide ample space for a small family. The silverware basket is smaller than my original one, which is one of my dislikes; however, this is a smaller/basic unit than the previous dishwasher we had. You have 2 smaller compartments and 2 larger compartments in the silverware basket. The dishwasher has a 1-hour quick wash, a normal wash, and a heavy wash. We have utilized the quick wash to see how the unit worked, and we have utilized the normal wash most frequently. This unit only has one temperature option. This unit has 2 other options: Delay 4 hours and Heat Dry. Overall, the unit is satisfactory for our needs for a small family.

We like this budget Frigidaire dishwasher much better than the much more expensive Bosch dishwasher which it replaced. The Frigidaire racks allow us to fit much more dishes, glassware and silverware in than the weirdly configured Bosch wire racks allowed. The clean seems just as good, if not better, for about $700 less. Hopefully the Frigidaire last longer than the 14 years the Bosch unit lasted. We like the simplicity of the Frigidaire, just 1 hour, normal and heavy wash cycles, with extra hot water and/or heated dry and a four hour delay. The Frigidaire does not have as much sound insulation as the Bosch, but sounds at least, if not more quiet, than the Bosch. Good job Frigidaire.

This is a great compact dishwasher. Was able to install without professional help, but recommend getting the service if you don't have experience installing. The unit works great and was a massive upgrade from our previous dishwasher. Dishes are washed with low noise and easy to use with dishwasher pod and rinse aid.

My last dishwasher was OLD. So even though this is a Basic model, it’s a step up from my last, for sure. Unlike my last model, this one gets the dishes clean with not leftover residue. It also seems to get them dry. It is quieter. And looks better too lol I’m happy so far.

So far, so good. This is a super quiet machine. Gets our dishes squeaky clean with no hassle. It is a bit smaller than our old one, but much more energy efficient.

We recently replaced our former dishwasher with this model from Frigidaire. Not a lot of bells and whistles here, but gets the job done. We have several Frigidaire products including a range and refrigerator and are overall pleased with the functionality as well as the appearance. The washer is not the most or least expensive one out there, but washes our plates and glassware quite well. It does offer a delayed start feature as well as heated dry. No complaints this far. It was delivered and installed reasonably quick by Best Buy and had no issues there. If all the fancy features; Internet connectivity, etc are not as important as purchasing a quality product that does what it's supposed to do, this Frigidaire will do nicely.
