The unit looked lovely and I had no worries purchasing a known brand from Best Buy. Just a week after delivery we noticed little particles below the door. After just three weeks the door feel off in my hand. As you can see by the photo the plastic just disintegrated on the hinge. I've never seen anything like it. It took a bit to get the technician to come look at it. He said that I broke it without ever looking at the pieces. It's the bottom so I don't even know how I could possibly do that on a fixed part. He couldn't explain that and he left. I call the company back and told them if you just try to touch the hinge housing it flakes off in your hands. So they immediately said they would send someone out again. After waiting all day for them to arrive I called and they said the tech had come out. I was here and I have a ring camera on the door and inside and no one was ever here. SHOCKING. I can't believe he put in a report and just lied. Multiple attempts to contact Best Buy for help have netted promises but no assistance. No one returns calls. All I get is an "agent" in a foreign country who apologizes for the inconvenience. Buyer beware. If it breaks - your just out the money and a whole lot of time. I couldn't be more disappointed in Best Buys response. 40 years of shopping I've never had a single issue with a product. Now that I know you don't stand by what you sell...

This needs to be picked up immediately and replaced. It has been problematic with things freezing in the refrigerator with the temp being well below the halfway mark. Today, I open the door to see that our pop cans blew up and made a mess. This was delivered by a third party company. Any chance the styrofoam in the last picture is something that was not addressed, and may be the cause of the problem. Regardless, this needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Purchased this refrigerator in May of 2022. It was backordered and I had to wait quite some time to receive it. When it did arrive it, the outside door was dented. I requested a replacement and BB did exchange it. The replacement refrigerator had the same issue, damage to the outside doors. I contacted BB and accepted compensation for the damage as I could wait no longer for a refrigerator. Now just shy of two years the refrigerators compressor has failed. I paid $130 for a local service company to come check the refrigerator out, they stated that replacing a compressor is close to $500 and recommended purchasing a new refrigerator. Which I did, but not from Best Buy, and not a Frigidaire.

After several years of having a small apartment fridge, I was excited to upgraded to this lovely fridge and was so happy for all the extra room! Apparently I wasn't supposed to actually use all that extra room because after only 7 months of using it, it broke. Whatever, sometimes things need fixing. But Frigidaire service is awful. After throwing away all the spoiled food in my fridge, getting a confirmation call for my repair service and moving everything out of the way to make room for said repair, Frigidaire cancelled my appointment a few minutes before they closed the night before my appointment with a TEXT. And suggested a reschedule SIX DAYS LATER, with a five hour window in the middle of the work day. Maybe they are able to live without a refrigerator, but my kid prefers cold unspoiled milk (I know, she's a handful). Of course its the weekend so they are closed and I cant speak to anyone until Monday. And I cant get a different refrigerator repair person in here because it will void my warranty. Which maybe doesn't matter as they dont seem to prioritize customers or fixing their faulty products. My apartment fridge was a whirlpool, in 5 years I never had a problem. I should have stuck with them.

Every time I have to deal with the delivery people is a complete nightmare. I order a refrigerator and It was delivered with a defective door. The door will not close. I called the people who made the delivery and of course, no answer. I also text them and no answer. Now I probably have to wait another two weeks for them to send somone.

This refrigerator was cancelled due to the following horrific experience; NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE! Untrained employees who are instructed to speak with customers for only several minutes, at best, do not merit my business. THIS IS NOT TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was treated as a subhuman after having endured monetary misrepresentations (or supposed credits) for damaged appliances - after waiting 14 plus hours for my delivery. The attempt to pick up my damaged appliances was cancelled -DURING THE SCHEDULED PICK UP day. Best Buy technology has yet to permit me to return my damaged items after days of waiting, creating additional delays, and preventing me from replacing these appliances from Best Buy or another competitor. Need I go on? Best Buy does not merit my business. Best Buy needs to understand it is customers, like myself who help generate their income and pay their bills.

Purchased less than 6 months ago and stopped working. First service tech left and said fridge was no repairable. Then nothing. Called again. 2nd tech never showed up. 3rd call - tech cancels call before arriving and said it would be replaced. However, NO ONE EVER SUBMITTED THE ACTUAL REQUEST/TICKET FOR REPLACEMENT. A whole month has gone by with no working refrigerator! Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

I purchased this refrigerator less than a month ago, and it stopped cooling last week. A technician came out and said parts need to be ordered for the repair. Hasn't worked since June 2022 when I bought it. My son left the freezer door open (easier do to on this fridge). Tried twice to unplug for 48 hours and replug but the problem is the defroster. It's now close to Sept. Repair techs dont know when defroster board is coming. Kids ate spoiled milk twice. Completely unusable at this point.

After 10 months my Frigidaire top freezer refrigerator quit working. Frigidaire is not easy to get my refrigerator fixed it’s 17 days and still not fix. Best Buy will not help because they it’s under warranty so what do you do. Keep calling everyday I don’t know how Frigidaire stays in business when they make a appointment for you if they don’t show that’s between you the the service people they don’t even notify you they aren’t coming they just want to make another appointment. they are not concerned to help get your appliance fixed

This is by far the worst product ever purchased. Less than 2 months after using this refrigerator, it became malfunctioned and stopped cooling and freezing. It turned into a hot chamber instead! Lots of money was lost due to perished food items. Save yourself the hassle and trouble, and avoid this refrigerator at all costs!

The Frigidaire (18.3 Gray) refrigerator was delivered at the end of January 2023. It immediately began to leak freon and was returned in February. If given the choice, I would have given the refrigerator zero stars. I cannot in good faith recommend the purchase of this appliance to anyone.

Buyer beware. Broke week 1. Existing manufacturer recall for wiring harness yet bestbuy is still selling them. They did however allow me to make an exchange for a different fridge past my return window so props to best buy.
