frigidaire wants to "TRY to repair" but i have a strict replacement policy for things that catch fire in my home (never had to use this policy before). spent hours on the phone with several customer service supervisors in a circular argument about how a warranty on a brand new appliance THAT CATCHES ON FIRE should work, but apparently there was a language barrier.

I don't understand Best buy of the states versus PR Franklin I'll getting to be more disappointed each day they don't verify if something came broken after having it a couple of weeks and when the client thinks will finally received what we brought they sent things back and give a couple of excuses most of alla broken it seems like for what they give examples this stove is very fragile the exact word will be a very bad stove I want to know now the same I'm still waiting I hope this time the stove really demonstrate that the money spend is worthless
