Overall it works. However the oven has a fan that is so loud you can hear it in the whole house. It’s not a convection oven. It is by far the loudest appliance in the kitchen. I called support and she explained that yes, it is normal, the oven will have a loud fan when it is on and about one hour after it is turned off. She did not know the function of the fan. The touch screen for the controls such as timer, keep warm etc I’d not readily responding. The burners work fine, I like the burner that has two sizes. The glass top looks nice if you use glass top cleaner on it.
