Works great, heats up pans and food fast. Only downside is annoying noise and gets louder with higher settings.

I was very skeptical about this product because at the time of purchase there were only two reviews. I loved the Induction technology, and yes it heats up super quick. I was still under the Best Buy Total plan so i was at ease that the item and installation were protected under Best Buy. Installation crew were efficient and precise. So far I have had the cooktop for 6 months, super easy to clean and great functionality. A+.

We like how fast it boils, hits up, and cools down. The black surface is still a bit "smeary" when you clean it. This seems to be true of all cooktops.

This is our second Induction cooktop. We had our first for almost 20 years without incident. We are extremely satisfied with this Frigidaire cooktop!! Like the controls. Just all around a good product and a great buy at Best Buy!
