A: On my range, it's the oven light switch. Does the oven light come on when you open the door? If not, check the bulb. The light switch lets you turn on the light while the door is closed..maybe to better monitor progress of the food cooking inside without opening the door. It's described in the user guide on page 23 (Use & Care, 808528103 Rev C(Feb 2017)). Q: Is the broiler located in the bottom drawer or on the top shelf
A: top. below the 2 racks. bottom is just a drawer. I do not recommend ever buying appliances thru best buy because of the "3rd party installers" who seem to be incompetent.

A: it's metal, if you want one get it from someone other than best buy, they seem to only have banged up ones,we had to get onther one from there and it was banged up also

Sleek and affordable
When my old stove broke, I was upset and wasn’t ready to spend a ton to replace it. I could’ve bought a plain ol’ stove, but if I was going to be putting a chunk of change down anyway, I wanted at least a few bells and whistles. The Best Buy website made it so easy to compare features between the models which made my shopping SO much better. However, under this model, the website says that it didn’t have sealed burners. I really wanted sealed for ease if cleaning, but due to other specs I just decided to deal with it and get used to open burners. Much to my surprise, when the product arrived at my house they were in fact sealed. Best Buy should update that info because though I was happy with the error, some people really do prefer open burners and might’ve been mad when the product came with sealed.. Overall I’m loving the product. It is so QUIET when it’s preheating, at first I kept checking that it was even on. Some people on here said it took forever to preheat but I disagree; it took mine 10 minutes to preheat to 450 which is fair. I love the design of the cooktop, like that the simmer burner is behind the rapid boil burner, and that the fifth burner is regular sized, not oblong. I don’t use griddles, so oblong would be pointless for me. I haven’t used it yet, but I’m excited to use the self cleaning delayed start function. Overall it’s a great stove and reasonably priced! The only thing I am unhappy with is the delivery. The delivery guys installed it to where the cooktop surface stood about half an inch below my countertop. My husband didn’t realize it at the time, so when I got home from work we ended up adjusting the legs and making sure it was level ourselves. Not a huge deal, but annoying since I feel it was the delivery guys job. Overall I’m very happy with the product!

Great Gas Range!
Great range. The oven preheats quickly. 5 burners is a great option. Love cooking with gas after using electric for over 20 years. Easy to clean top. Stylish stainless steel finish. Storage drawer is great for baking pans.

Gas Range
I just got the stove a couple of days ago. I have cooked on it and the burners are really good much stronger or higher flames and my old stove. It's a really good looking stove I love the five eyes and think I will get a lot of use from it.
