So far it is doing an excellent job of ridding our 2000 sq. ft. summer home's crawl space from excess humidity. It includes everything needed to drain directly into the sump pump pit. It's a bit pricey though would have been happier if it were a couple of hundred dollars cheaper.

The Frigidaire models that exhaust out to the side like this one, instead of out the top are very quiet. No low vibration s or hum, just cool fan sound. My only complaint is that the bucket at 1.6 gallons is too small. If you can drain then you are fine, otherwise in a basement the bucket fills rapidly, needing emptying twice per day. Also be aware that the pump option on this model only allows pumping through a 15 foot tube.

Runs perfect. Set it up in minutes. Pump works well.

Do much quieter than my previous dehumidifier. It also takes more moisture out of the air in a shorter period of time. Amazing.

We purchased this dehumidifier and the first one sent had s broken wheel. We returned it and ordered another which came within a week. It works great and it was very easy to set up.

Does a great job maintaining the right humidity for our basement. I’ve set it up to drain to a sink and the built-in pump is an excellent feature.

Our finished basement has always had a bit of a damp feel to it. We've used a 30 year old unit, which did the job, but was unsightly and loud. It also had a bucket to empty every day. This unit has a modern look, is quieter, and has a drain line along with pump to discharge the water. No more bucket emptying! I have the hose going into the sump pump pit, which is also a plus. It's been in use about a month now, and I have no complaints. The humidistat works well too.

the first week i had to empty the bucket one time so far while using the pump mode and direct connected to my drain that is approximately 5 foot off the ground. i will keep you posted on the one month. 6 and year if that is the case and how many times.

Very pleased. Maintains a consistent humidity. I really enjoy the lump function. It is hands free humidity control. Worth the price. Read complaints about hooking up the pump hose but it only took me less than a minute to hook up. I am familiar with these types of connectors si it wasn't difficult.

My last Frigidaire 70 pint dehumidifer lasted 3 years and 2 days. This unit is running awesomely so far. Hopefully this one can last longer than my other unit. I am not using the pump feature, but it's nice to have in case I need it in the future.

Have had only a couple of weeks. Seems to do the job just like the last. They never last so i always get the protection. At least you get some money towards the next one, which is what happened here. Shop around and price match. Saved like hundred bucks after I got it by still looking around and going back to the store to show them.

This dehumidifier is a huge improvement over our old one. Took 100% of the musty smell out of our basement. Easy to operate. We are totally satisfied with this purchase.

I BOUGHT THIS A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND ITS BEEN WORKING LIKE A CHARM. I EMPTY THE CONTAINER SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY IN MY BASEMENT. LOVE THE LOOKS TOO!!

I have a pretty large basement and this dehumidifier is keeping the humidity down to 45% which is where I set it. The pump makes it a no maintenance product.

The Pump feature is why I purchased the dehumidifier. It's working good! It also had a good consumer Reports rating! The only problem was getting the green plug out for the hose.

This de-humidifier is working exactly as described in the product description. No complaints here.

Great unit. Works well. Dries quickly and easy to dump. I use a garden hose.

I live in south Louisiana and of course the humidity is bad. I purchased this to hopefully help with my heating and cooling in my mobile home. I never realized how much moisture was in my home. I keep it in the hallway and it gets full once a day and twice a day when rainy. Amazing! The air quality in my home was noticeably better since the first day. I had NO IDEA I NEEDED IT THIS BAD!

I am very happy with this purchase, easy to set up and works wonderful in the basement.
