I have had many microwaves over the course of my 72 years on this earth. This microwave is losing steam from the bottom of the door and fogging up the front glass while making one baked potato. Repair first said that I had purchased an outside only vented unit, that was NOT the case. After calling into their superior it was said that this is normal operation. Never had a microwave do this.

This product was installed incorrectly and I've tried twice to get a contractor to solve the problem.
