Looks sharp! Heats and cooks nicely, and it's a little more compact vertically but still very roomy inside so you can nuke a nice meal or tall cup and still have room to cook on the stove. I also like that the number buttons can be used as one-touch minute selection, or quick type custom time selection without resorting to a cook-time button. But that's about the extent of the pros. Construction: is a bit flimsy in my opinion. Back panel vibrated so badly with the exhaust fan running I had to stick towels between the vent and the wall to dampen the vibrations. Sound: even with dampening, both the fan and motor are awful. On partial settings the motor buzz-hums loudly like a bad intercom speaker. On full speed it sounds like a Hoover vacuum cleaner. It's deafening when cooking. Menu Settings: despite the easy use time settings, the rest of the menu is stupidly impossible to use. You have to blindly click through menus which are not easy to read, then select settings in each menu. We've all done that. But sometimes the current setting is shown and you have to cycle to select a new one. Other times the new optional setting is shown first. You will inadvertently reset custom settings more than once before you figure it out. Overall I am pretty disappointed with Frigidaire. I truly was hoping for much, much better. But I put too much work into installing it, it does what it's supposed to, and it does look handsome, though it screams like a banshee in a lung machine. I decided to keep it, but I'm not pleased.

I was not happy with the fact that the black stainless is not in stock and they have to order it. then when I got the first one it was broke and I had to return and wait again for a new one. I waited for over a month to finally get my new microwave.
