This is the best microwave of the 8 or so I’ve owned. It’s quiet, all the interactions such as closing the door, chimes, while active is gentle. Wasn’t sure I would like not having a door handle but it’s not a problem as I said the door doesn’t require a hard pull or push it’s gentle. Best of all is the functionality. Every microwave I have owned wouldn’t defrost something like shredded cheese no matter how low the setting without melting it in places. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried defrosting it on the defrost fish setting and it came out perfect. The only thing I would change on this microwave would be the small view window. Knocked one star off for that but otherwise its performance has been terrific.

Mixed feelings. Looks great and I like the product, but the magnetron died after 3 months, so that lost it a star and 2 stars on quality. Additionally, it was too late to return it to Best Buy so had to coordinate with Frigidaire for an on-site repair! Fairly painless I guess and no cost to me, but annoying for it to fail so quickly and have to schedule that. It’s now been about a year since the purchase and we’ve had no additional problems. I’d still recommend it assuming I just got a bad one… but would stay away if you see lots of reviews with this same issue.

Love this microwave. Controls are easy, and like having them on the door vs. old microwave. Design is beautiful, love that the interior is super bright white. Fan is loud (took a half star away) but effective, under lighting is bright. Other half star was while installing, one of the nuts that you screw into from above came loose and fell inside the body. I had to disassemble the outer panel to remove which while easy, added more to install time.

I would have given 5 stars except for two things. The door, which extends beyond the actual oven part is so wide that you have to make a special effort not to hit yourself in the face when you open it. I know it looks sleek, but it’s poor design. Second, although the microwave itself is very quiet, the vent fan on high or medium is incredibly loud. Otherwise, I like the oven just fine.

Very nice and clean! Very big and it looks good in the kitchen would recommend it to anyone! Works well with getting the job done

Works just like any microwave. The door/panel does make a crackle sound when it shuts sometimes though.

Flat door with no handle is great for our small kitchen. Nice to have LED lights underneath. No more bulbs to change. Works Quiet and efficient . Nice to have control over rotating tray.

Recommend they add lights to the rest of the menu other than just the clock.

Microwave works fine. Certain functions are a little harder to determine than on my old microwave. I would prefer not having to consult the instruction book when I just want to reheat a frozen muffin.

used for reheating. food heats evenly compaired to other I've had. melts butter and such well. steams veggies. presets are ok not great and dont fit most of my needs. heat sensing, doesn't work very well it over heats food items. micro fiber cloth keeps glass clean and finger print free.

This microwave has a nice interface, although it is a little too easy to bump the light on. It cooks efficiently and has plenty of settings. The sleek design is roomy but fits well over the stove. It does not feel revolutionary but really does the job.
