Beautiful refrigerator. My favorite part is the external middle drawer which can be programed to extra freezer space or a drink/ wine or meat/fish chiller. I use mine for cold drinks. Easy access without opening the whole unit.

Everything I could ever ask for in a refrigerator! Pros LED lights are gorgeous Lighting in recessed handles. I use it during the night as a nightlight Middle drawer is great backup for wine chiller, freezer space, or meats. Refrigerator space holds a lot and doesn’t get lost behind stuff, so I’m wasting less food. Freezer is just the right size. Ice maker makes just enough ice for me and my family. Water on the inside door, has the best water I’ve ever tasted. No lie. Cons Counter depth not much of the difference from my regular depth. Ice makes really should include an ice scoop.

Frigidaire Gallery counter depth with ambient lighting in pocket handles is a dream. Use the pocket lights nightly. Really surprised by the space; it fits everything my side by side fit. Crisper drawers with filters are amazing! Usually I need to eat blueberries and strawberries within 3 days because they would start to go bad. Not now. They’re still fresh after being in there a week! Really remarkable. The water in the side of the door is so cold! Love it. The middle drawer is so handy, highly recommend.

Love this frig! The counter depth means nothing gets stuck hiding in the back and the convertible drawer gives so much flexibility for different peoples needs. Highly recommend!
THE AMENITIES ARE PERFECT. HOWEVER, IT STARTED SOUNDING LIKE THE MOTOR FAN WAS BROKEN ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. BESTBUY IS REPLACING AS IT WAS WITHIN THE 15 DAYS RETURN WINDOW. HOWEVER, BITING MY NAILS THAT IT HOLDS OUT UNTIL THEN. THEN ANOTHER DAY WITH A STAY AT HOME WINDOW MANDITORY.

This refrigerator has the better storage up top since the icemaker is below. The deli tray in the middle is great. We would have gotten the one with the dispenser on the outside if it were available, but I dig the quirky/creative little door dispenser. Working well so far. Crisp drawer tech is pretty cool as well.

We have had it for 5 days now and so far so good! The bottom freezer drawer and the one right above it are a bit noisy when we open & close them; but not bad enough to really complain about it, We love how well it looks and fits in our kitchen! There's also plenty of space for all our food & drinks.

Should have paid more attention to the other reviews. Slow to produce. Will not fill the receptacle. On top of that I was supposed to get a 15% rebate for opening a Bestbuy Visa and making a $2300 purchase at the same time. Now no one knows anything about the rebate at customer service. Supposed to have the Castleton store manager call me. NADA. You can't call the store directly and speak to either the appliance department or the manager. $350 mistake Was going to buy a $2000 LG tv. Going someplace else.

The fridge works well enough but the compressor ribs very often, at very loud levels. Either that or my unit just sounds bad and needs service. Installed by BB

We have never had a counter depth refrigerator and weren’t sure if we’d like it. We absolutely love it as it is very functional with the 3 doors. Love the water in the door without losing any space.

Get an extended warranty! Warranty expired on 8/25/24 and it quit working on 12/1/24. Really liked it until now.

I had my Frigidaire gallery delivered on March 4th and on March 14th out of the blue it started showing Hi temperature messages and reset messages. It was not cooling and showed a temperature of 55. It did this twice in one day. Each time i reset it and it began cooling but it got loud as if the motor was running hard. It eventually calmed down. By the way, I am in the process of a kitchen remodel so no food was in the refrigerator thank goodness, but the potential to lose your food was there. I am bummed by this because I really like the storage and lighting in the refrigerator and the refrigerator itself is beautiful, but at the end of the day I need something reliable and that properly cools my food. I am returning it and going with another brand. I did call Frigidaire who said they would send a repairman out to fix it, but I am struggling with having to have a repair and it’s not even been two weeks- 11 days to be exact. Better safe than sorry- so I returned it while I’m in the return window.

I was so excited to get this refrigerator as it had all the features I wanted, but it has been a huge disappointment. I've had nothing but problems with it. Having a repair person come on Friday for the second time when it's less than a year old.
