This is a great refrigerator at an Ok price. Lets face it, refrigerators are getting more and more expensive and i am a big believer that you get what you pay for. But when top models are going for $3,000-$4,000, there has to be a cut off point. So i decided to go with the Gallery model. Not the best but definitely not low end. To put it simply, its a great refrigerator. Keeps food cold/frozen, has an Ice/water dispenser on the door and has plenty of storage. An extra plus is my wife loves the look and thinks if fits perfectly in our kitchen. I have had zero problems with it and Eleverything works as it should. Funny thing is, i never used ice in my drinks before, now i that i have an ice dispenser on the door I have to have ice in everything. My one and only complaint is i wish the handles where smudge resistant like the doors are. The doors are great with fingerprints, the handles are horrible. You literally have to wipe them down everyday or it looks like a kid licked his fingers and opened the door 20 times in a row. So, if your looking to buy a new refrigerator and wondering if this is a good one. Yes it is. If you don't need a tablet mounted to your refrigerator or special cameras and wifi hook up to monitor your food, (Its a refrigerator people) this is great, everyday, normal use refrigerator.

So far refrigerator has been great. When we picked it up there was a small dent on the side only reason for 3 stars. Wouldve returned but bestbuy had no good solutions to mitigate the issue. We did store pickup and was 40 minute drive for one in stock. Of which we would’ve had to take back out of the house muscle onto truck and swap it only to repeat unload and bringing back into house. Bestbuy offered to deliver new free shipping but would not take the return as it had to go back to store and would still be our responsibility, which was not a great solution. Water dispenser is a bit more noisy when running compared to previous model.

Quietest Fridge I've owned. The crushed ice maker is quieter than our last, I like how the icemaker is in the back of the freezer instead of the door, it seems to keep the ice from melting and clogging up the shoot. It has deeper shelves and more space than our last unit, I like the looks where the water/ice dispenser blends in with the front of the fridge well and the also finger print resistant stainless steel. All of this for a reasonable price!

We’ve had this less than 2 months. Already there are problems. The drawers are CHEAP plastic, the metal mouldings do not stay on and the drawers constantly come off the track. Now the lights on the water/ice dispenser and the interior of the fridge weirdly & intermittently go on and off. I don’t know what a girl has to do to get a decent refrigerator, but 30 days doesn’t cut it on the return factor. I do NOT recommend this model and I ask Best Buy to have a longer return policy.

This refrigerator is nothing but problems it is broke twice now in the last 7 months of ownership every time it stops cooling the coil in the freezer completely freezes up. You cannot completely fill the ice bin cuz if you do it will overflow behind the back wall of the freezer and stop the fan from moving. Technician told me that it freezes up because the freezer cannot be filled all the way. The freezer is already small to begin with so how do you leave room in it.. my last Frigidaire refrigerator I have owned for almost 20 years this one I I see having to replace it within the next year. I don't recommend anyone buying this Frigidaire refrigerator.

The first refrigerator had a defective ice maker and had to be exchanged. The geek squad tech that came out even said that it was typical for this brand. It's disappointing that it is "known" but almost 2 months had to lapse from the original purchase to get it right.

I like the side by side rather than the bottom freezer. You don't have to always dig bending over. Better for us old folks. We had our last Kenmore/Frigidaire for 30 years!

I bought after 17 years and last for one week machine stop working on September 24 2022, I called Geek squad give me appointment for October 4 th , all my food got ruin, to get reimbursed I need my receipt question I’ll get back without a receipt? I thought Frigidaire Gallery will be the best.

Overall, a great improvement over our 15 year old side-by-side refrigerator. Good space management, nice ice maker, veggies and food stay fresh, lighting is really good. Temperature management (when the control panel is working) is great and food stays good a lot longer in this refrigerator. The issues: Control panel was flaky. I called support and that was a nightmare. Obvious overseas support center who was not helpful at all. Less than a month into ownership and they did not want to send someone out. I insisted on an onsite service call, and glad I did. Got a call from a local contracted service tech who was very responsive, and they came out and replaced the control panel in minutes. Apparently, a known issue as he had to pack it up and return it to Frigidaire for analysis. Lucky that my son had captured a video of the control panel going crazy, because it was fine when he showed up as the issue was intermittent, but frequent. Only other issue is the freezer bins fall off the racks almost every time you extend them. I guess I can live with that as long as they do not fall apart like with my old fridge. Again, the space management in this thing is way better than my old (same size) fridge.

Only had for a couple of weeks, but so far very pleased. The layout is good and love the bright LED lights and the glass shelves in the freezer. It is a little bit noisy sometimes, but not continuously. Love the ice shape/size. Fingerprints show up quite a bit for it to be fingerprint resistant. This is our second Frigidaire gallery…we were very pleased with the first one.

I bought the Frigidaire Gallery 25.6 Cu Ft Refrigerator in November 2025. I am happy with purchase, as it is much larger than my old refrigerator. The only complaint I have is the documentation on the web-site was not accurate, as to the over-all dimensions. I had to remove the doors to get it into the house through a 36" door.

The wife and I are 100% satisfied with our brand-new Frigidaire refrigerator. It has exceeded our expectations and much more. The spacious drawers are more than enough to handle our needs. The design and storage space are a plus. The water/ice maker is top quality with the best tasting water and ice cubes. The stainless-steel exterior is just amazing! We are totally satisfied with this modern appliance. We would recommend it to everyone!
