First refrigerator that was delivered had a big dent on side. Took 8 days to get the new one. The one i have now the seal on the freezer is separated from the door and the seal on the fridge is bent and separating also. Lots of room,love the dual ice maker and the lighting is great

I absolutely Love my new Frigidaire. Very quiet, amazing look. I would recommend this to everyone. Ice maker has a drawer in freezer area, and makes the perfect sized Ice. Plenty of room in the refrigerator section to meet all my needs.

Solid refrigerator so far. Plenty of room up top, but less so in the freezer. Bottom ice tray takes up a lot of space. I wish the refrigerator drawers were sized so that you could open them without having to open both doors but first world problem. Unit operates relatively quiet. Happy with the purchase so far.

I’ve only this new fridge for a few weeks now, but I really like it. The space inside is huge and the shelves can reconfigured to what you want. The ice maker works good and it isn’t noisy….so that’s a plus. The compressor motor isn’t noisy…another plus…and I love the color.

The Frigidaire - Gallery 27.8 Cu. Ft. (Model: GRFS2853AF, SKU: 6485401) is a GREAT Refrigerator! Highly recommended!! Although listed as a 28 CF Frigidaire , it seems to be bigger than that! We are able to keep everything that we need for our needs and there is still room left! The ICE Maker works perfectly well and it sends the Ice directly to the Freezer; that's really "cool"!!

My delivery went without a hitch. Notification was timely and they arrived on time. The refrigerator arrived in perfect shape and it works perfectly. I could not be happier. Thanks

I bought this product two weeks ago and I love it. The design of it is great inside and out. I was worried it would not fit thru my door, but the delivery drivers took all the doors off. It fit thru a 30-inch door with doors removed. One Con: The ice maker is a little loud. I turned the lower ice maker off, so I don't hear it drop. The upper ice maker isn't that big so it fills up quickly. I recommend it.

I’m very happy that I decided to keep my first delivered Frigidaire refrigerator and allowed your Greeks Squad to replaced the door from second damaged Frigidaire refrigerator. Your staff was very professional and polite, They suggested that to remove the door off my second refrigerator damaged refrigerator in they truck. Myself and my wife decided to let them exchange the door. We are wry happy with it now. Jimmie

I love this fridge, it is pretty noisy due to the ice maker but overall I am happy with it.

My second fridge came today ( first one damaged) and that to was damaged. The first delivery drivers did over 13k in damage to my house, bring it in and taking out my old one. Now, I have to wait on a 3rd refrigerator. This has been a nightmare. The refrigerator is great, if I can get one that's not damaged.

A little noisy, bottom drawer came with loose “seal.”

Bought an open box version of this with supposedly only a couple of scratches and tape residue as the problem. When it was delivered and installed the installer was testing the unit and water leaked from around the door dispenser. Installer stated that the outlet store obviously didn't test the unit as they should. Sending this one back but we like the fridge and will just order a new one instead to hopefully avoid these types of issues.

Excellent buy!!! Great Customer Service, Fast and careful delivery service, and most of all I spent a fraction of the original price. I would highly recommend buying!!

Has a high humming sound when the compressor kicks in. I had to exchange it for a GE model instead. I couldn’t tolerate it.

I've had the frig for about 3wks so I'll give the pros/cons as I see them: Pros: 1. 2 Ice Makers - had to purchase in a hurry and didn't realize there were 2 until ice dropped from top & bottom 2. Spacious! 27.8 cu. ft. is oversized 3. Pocket shelves at the bottom of the doors. Didn't know I needed them until I had them. 4. Actual stainless still materials used. Not all plastic like Samsung. 5. Didn't like my Samsung quality but did like the design. This remined me of the design I was familiar with. 6. Water/Ice dispenser accommodates big water bottles 7. Good lighting Cons: 1. Not as quite as I'm used to but I'll trade that for durability & life. Samsung lasted only 5yrs. 2. For all french door frigs, I wish someone would rethink the freezer design. Advise: If you're considering Samsung it is junk. Even certified Samsun repair guy said he wouldn't own one. Said he would buy Frigidaire, Whirlpool, or Maytag. Didn't add any pix because I bought entirely online, so ample pictures for purchaser in multiple reviews and product info.
