We bought the Frigidaire Professional Single Door Refrigerator and Freezer (19 cu. ft. each) to match our custom cabinetry, after owning the previous Frigidaire Professional model for over six years. That older model had constant issues and eventually became unrepairable, but since it was discontinued, we bought the new set — a $7,000+ purchase. Big mistake. Within days of delivery, both units began having temperature failures, constant high-temperature beeping alarms, ice buildup in the freezer, ice forming in the refrigerator, and all of our food spoiled. Customer service is overseas (Philippines) with no U.S.-based support. Multiple technician visits were scheduled and then cancelled or marked no-show. Now they want us to wait two more weeks for repair on brand-new appliances. Frigidaire refuses a refund and insists on repairing new, non-working units first. Completely unacceptable at this price point. We are now disputing the charge and pursuing legal action. Do not recommend.

i purchased both the fridge and freezer and have had nothing but problems. freezer wouldn't make ice so after 3 phone calls and 3 repair trips the decided to replace the freezer. the fridge was even worse. the compressor was change out twice because of horrible noises, clucking and popping of the compressor constantly. it still currently does is because Frigidaire refused to try and fix it anymore because they say it is out of warranty even though they have been trying to fix it for a year! on top of that we just pulled one of the drawers out and realized the back panel of the interior of the fridge is rusting where the vents are. their stance when i called about this was its cosmetic and you are out of warranty so you can pay to have it fixed yourself. I can honesty this company has gone down hill and i will never buy their products again, ever. how can you sell a $7000+ luxury fridge freezer and not stand by your products after hundreds and thousands of people are reporting the same issues. that's why they gave it a one year warranty because they know their product is garbage. DO NOT BY THIS PRODUCT OR YOU WILL REGRTET IT. ITS A MONEY PIT YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR FOOD AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH CONSTANT NOISE. YOUR BETER OFF USING A MINI FRIDGE THEN THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE. We love our new fridge and freezer. The only downside is they came with 2 completely different handles, and we have been waiting for a month to get the correct one. We were told we may have to order a whole new fridge, swap the handles and then return it to make it right. Thanks Best Buy.

I’ve been using it for a while now, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my kitchen! The sleek stainless-steel finish looks great and resists fingerprints surprisingly well. The layout inside is well-designed, with adjustable shelves, deep door bins that makes it easy to organize everything.

good frig. spacious, should come with an extra shelf for all the room in it. the directions for changing the swing on the doors is not adequate. the directions make it sound like you need a kit if you have both the frig and freezer. you do not. it relatively easy swap with no extra hardware needed.

I purchased this to replace an identical one, about 12 years old, which failed. If you want a counter-depth freezerless fridge, it's just this one (at about $3500) or the sub-zero. No other options. It's ridiculously pricey for what you get - a fairly standard fridge which won't last long - but it's the only game in town. The interior is a minor downgrade from the older version, but it does have in-fridge cold water.

Seems like we got a repackaged item(s Freezer being replaced due to significant damage to front door UNDER the packaging). Damage on the back UNDER the packing styrofoam (not a delivery handling issue), not a problem since it's sliding into a slot. Some damage on the lower hinge that I was able to work out, but still a crack in the inner liner, not wort worrying about. The fridge is significantly shallower than our old one (Kenmore-made by frigidaire) but just takes some getting used to. AND most important, these fridge/freezers are NOT 71-1/2" they are 72" with the feet all the way in. This may sound insignificant overall, but can be huge if you have custom cabinetry around the old 71" Kenmores. I would not recommend but only one company makes them...

This purchase was a necessary replacement when the original units failed. They are much smaller than the original and the filters are a different size so my supply of old ones can't be used.

Our old one, Kemore Elite which was made by Frigidaire stopped working after 15 years. We replaced with this model. Only had it for 6 weeks, so far great!

Excellent refrigerator. I had a previous model. And ther have made some improvements on this new edition. Its a little larger, so ill eventually get the matching freezer.
