After 3 months, 4 contactors from Best Buy. I have to say a fiasco was all there was to it. After all said and done, part was not needed to install on a Viking stove. As told by third person that come out to install. Stay only to their electronics, stay away from them on kitchen appliances install. Thanks Roy the salesman to help get things right.
