Gas Cooktop with Downdraft Install

Delivery of new cooktop up to the 3rd floor or any level serviced by an elevator. Removal of all packaging. Install new cooktop to an existing gas supply with a new gas line kit (required) and connect to ductwork. Secure cooktop to counter, and install all trim pieces and accessories included with the unit. Not included: additional parts, extensive labor/counter modifications, and permit charges.
